Position Overview:

Nosso is looking for a reliable and hardworking Bar Back to join our dynamic team. The Bar Back plays a crucial support role in ensuring that the bar operates smoothly and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to work in the hospitality industry, learn the ropes of bartending, and assist in providing an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, preparing garnishes, washing glassware, and maintaining drink stations throughout the shift.
  
• Ensure the bar area, including counters, restrooms, and common areas is clean and organized by promptly addressing spills, removing trash, and wiping down surfaces.
• Monitor and restock bar supplies, assist in receiving deliveries, and ensure proper storage and rotation of stock.
• Provide friendly assistance to customers by delivering water, non-alcoholic beverages, and supporting bartenders in fulfilling customer needs.
• Help set up the bar at the start of the shift and participate in end-of-shift cleanup and restocking to prepare the bar for the next day.
